Feijoada da Mavi’s, is our way of warmly welcoming our guests
by sharing with you one of Brazil’s most beloved traditions.

Our Feijoada is prepared with black beans slowly cooked together with a rich variety of meats. Tender beef cuts come first, followed by flavorful pork cuts such as sausages, pork fillet, bacon, and many others. This combination creates a hearty and deeply savory stew, where the beans absorb the essence of the meats and deliver a truly authentic taste of Brazil.

To complete the experience, Feijoada is always served with its traditional side dishes: fragrant white rice, fresh orange slices for balance, sautéed collard greens, farofa (toasted cassava flour), our homemade molho de acompanha (Brazilian-style sauce), and a creamy tutu de feijão (spiced bean purée ).
